The iPhone SE is now official and in spite of its upgraded specs, the new 4-inch iPhone has already garnered mixed reactions from public whether or not it’s a worthy device for upgrade.
The iPhone SE sports a 4-inch Retina display as rumored to be over the last few months. It has the same familiar design of the iPhone 5 and 5S but with a beefed up internal specs comparable to the latest iPhone 6S. Some of its main features include the upgraded A9 dual core processor, its 12 megapixels iSight camera capable of capturing 4K videos & live photos, Apple Pay enabled, and the latest version of iOS 9.3 coming out of the box. Mainly targeted for people who prefer smaller and more compact smartphones, iPhone SE can be the much awaited upgrade these people can get.

On the side note, there are also some disappointments on this new iPhone. One of which is the 16 GB internal storage which is a major bummer considering its competitors now starting at 32 GB of minimum storage. With the lowering cost of digital storage nowadays, Apple could have been a little more generous on their starting model. Yet another snag for the SE is its same old aluminium design as the iPhone 5/5s. While this design proved to be solid and compact, having a totally the same physical appearance as the almost 3-year old iPhone 5s can be less attractive and convincing to purchase.
