Step 1: On your Windows 7 PC, open Blackberry Desktop Manager and connect your Blackberry phone using a USB cable connector.

Step 2: On the left side bar, select Organizer. Click the Configure button under Contacts. Once a new window pops out, immediately select ‘One way to your computer only’ for sync direction and ‘Windows Contacts’ for contacts account (see image below) then click OK.

Step 3: To starting exporting your contacts, click ‘Sync Organizer‘ on the bottom right side of the window then another ‘Sync‘ for the new window.

You should now see all your Blackberry contacts exported as Windows Contacts.

Step 4: Connect your iPhone to the computer then open iTunes. On the left side bar, select your iPhone device. Under the Info tab, check the ‘Sync Contacts’ option and choose sync contacts with Windows Contacts (see image below). When prompted, just click ‘Switch‘.

Step 5: Click the ‘Apply‘ button at the bottom right of the window to start syncing / importing your contracts to your iPhone. You’re done!
